Is There a Model for a Unified European Armed Forces?
The EU has done combined forces work between themselves and NATO off the coast of Somalia in the past. So is this a model going forward? Can we see the EU creating a few small divisions from across Europe, trying to crisis manage or even peace keeping operations inside Africa? I don't think that that idea of a unified European armed forces is going to happen anytime soon.
