Evaluating a Content Management System Approach?

If i'm evaluating a content management system approach for my company, what are the factors that would help me decide? You've d a few, but maybe just summarize them here for us. I think a big factor is content distribution, single channel or multi channeland what i mean by that is, do you have a web site and publishing to twitter, instegraham, facebook? And is that a problem for you? Would you like it to be a single system that manages all that, or at least that option? Another factor, i think, is your team build up. Who's on your team?
