The Evolution of Data

I remember my dad teaching BusyCalc and he had a little computer software company in Southern California where we live. We learned how to use a personal computer. People hundreds of years ago were using actually pretty surprisingly large data sets. I think it was just a specialized activity. And so much has changed about like when you change something and scale to the degree that it's changed. It really does become a tool in some ways, a very different thing.
