AI and the Access to Justice Gap
Sally Kohn: There's a lot of excitement around the potential for AI powered tools to help close the access to justice gap because it will decrease barriers to entry. She says she worries that if more people are able to file cases, but there's a bottleneck somewhere downstream in the court system they could increase pressure on the bottleneck and cause systems to slow down even further. "People really do crave a human connection when they're dealing with complex problems," said Kohn.
