The Importance of Psychosocial Variables in Therapy

Keenan: It takes an infinitely or proportionally larger amount of effort to refute the misinformation than it is to put it out. So I think we tend to see a little bit of maybe errors in how our treatments work, how the things that we're treating come to be and the way that we can impact them. A lot of people are very appreciative of the whole mind-body idea but don't fully appreciate what psychosocial factors have influence on these problems.
