When i'm doing really old or ancestral recipes, things that would have been made very similar to the way that i'm show casing them. So its coming out in january, which is still winter food season and still a good time to care about indigenous people. Even though now, of course, we have ways of preserving food. But also i recognize, you know, indigenous people are living in the 20 first century with everyone else. And we have always used the tools that we have access to. Right now, maybe that's a big chest freezer. Maybe that's an insta pot. Maybe that can blend sunflower seeds into flour at lightning speed.
