manuscript documents feast served at coronation of Henry VI in 1429. It's a compilation of texts and it was made in the late 15th century, so about 500 years old. We're told that there is a vianned royal who eats pulverized chicken or fish as first course. Then we have a balls head in pastry with castles covered with gold. And beef, mutton swam, stewed capon heron, large pike on menu.
