Investors are being forced to make exclusively first principle analysis of their companies and understand what would happen in this particular type of staglationary environment. The uncertanty around that is very, very high. What do people do, win ther's uncertainty? They basically sell, i don't know, and i'm worried, so ive to get out of this. But if it's like a two year problem and you're dealing with a 30 year asset, it's not the number one risk that somebody should be focused on.
