It doesn't really smell or taste like a mushroom it's really interesting i definitely want to play around with it a little bit more. It would be interesting to use as a culinary ingredient to something we didn't really cover but it is actually used in soups and things like that. I hope maybe there's a bit more respect for the chinese growers after listening to all of this because they have historically been dragged through the mud by people like paul stamets who claim their mushrooms are high in heavy metals. We need to respect these multi-generational farmers because they can deliver us products that far outperform others on the market.
