The Bad Therapy Isn't So Much With One Therapist
I think when I went back to therapy after that first one, so I went back in sixth grade when I was experiencing some more pronounced, even anxiety and depression. And that's when I made it pretty clear that I wanted to understand what was going on. That ended up being kind of an episode in treatment for my eating disorder because I had a psychiatrist who handed me her outdated DSM.
