How to Set Up a Bonus Scheme for Star Managers

For star managers I've structured the bonus scheme in a sense that if they hit all their target parameters they get X amount and then they get so much above target so they get the data is not being set up accurately. okay that makes sense and then my other question was about bonuses for star managers. They would have a ceiling of bonus that it could earn and each portion of that bonus would be achieved by one staff wages to turn over ratio  and the other parameters that we'd measure paid monthly because don't do it annually you want to do it monthly because you want them toYou know be reactive yeah okay monthly okay any other questions I think that's just about covered all the main ones
