Sonic youth's new album, "Daydream Nation," is out now. The band was frustrated with their distribution before making the record. They rehearsed in a basement that they used to build ships in and it was like two or three floors underground. For all these bands rehearse. It was a long narrow space and each band had like their little space I Don't think there are any there were no walls.
