How to Hire the Right Person for Your Company

The right person may change depending on the, you know, where you are in your agency journey. And also by role. So I think that I'm really good at hiring webflow developers. But then we look at something like a software developer, an engineer. I don't know that person as well. That's not something that I can do very well. Still, right? I've made some good hires there, but there have been more failed hires than successful hires on the technical side.
