I Was Not Bailed Out During COVID

A month earlier, Delta was celebrating major profits and handing out profit sharing checks. The industry would not have been able to survive what happened during the pandemic. We could not have flown unless the government was willing to support us. I think as a subsidy for COVID, we agreed to keep the airways open and to lose lots of money.
