How to Check for Heart Failure

To check our patient for heart failure, we'll look at their jugular venous pulsations. We're not going to press on their liver if they have it in large liver right side of heart failure. The hands are really very, very high yield and so many shorter breath because you can look for clubbing or splinter hemorrhages. And then I really just march my way up the upper extremities.
