Why Are You Stressed?

One of the first things I tell people to do is to acknowledge your typical reactions to stress. What are their emotions? What's their physiology? And the behaviors one is really important because it serves as a signal when you are going for the potato chips, the wine and yelling at your partner,. That probably means you're stressed. So now do an inventory about what you need to do about it.
