Having a meditation space of some sort set up in my office is, you know, somethiis something ian i can realistically achieve. I think the i'm going to leave the evening routine to the last, because that's my white wal am. Having ae a physical place for meditation, as for setting up a sort of yell somewhere to do that and have that as trigger. And that's going to help both in the morning and t evening, because i think i want to try and book end the day with that kind of thing. It's a nice way to sort of quiet the racing mind especially in the evening, and to kep yourself in the right space for the beginning
