As a DevRel, Brad has always been focusing on helping developers be successful in whatever they do. It probably comes as a part of your role from the interest that you have within to help mentor developers. If you see someone is struggling, right, so you want to offer them with any type of resources and change their thought process. So yeah, that's my perspective.
