We made a 7% headcount reduction in October as part of a restructuring. It was really one of the hardest things that I've ever had to do. Europe is actually even more fragmented than the US from a retail perspective. The same problems exist, same issues with trade shows,. There's a lot of demand among our North American retailers for European brands.
