i think there are two really, really obvious places to begin. The first is identity authentication. I don't care if small platforms allow anonymous, e totally indetted anonymous people to open accounts. But large platforms should have to verify that you are a real person. That single change would reduce so much o the nastiness. It would roll back so much of the trolling. A facebook, as shown it does not deserve our trustd just it needs to be regulated.
