The Most Effective Way to Achieve Anything

In his experience, the most effective way to accomplish anything is to plan it. And that does not happen in the moment in the mind. It happens before we get started, in advance. The second i close my journal, everything goes away. I forget all the things i came up with - and that's just who we are. That's our jam. We forget. But having a planner, one that we've practised, looking at multiple times a day, now we earn the permission to forget. This is where practice comes into play, making plans as easy as possible.
