Public Goods Are Not Public Good
In india, mister nanam only does because he heads the state. The state does yer. So stat all kinds of public goods have that kind of a feature that if we don't have that statistic, something will go wrong. In c m a's case, some some of their sales will obviously happen to, think, tans and academics and so on. And it is in the nature of quasi public good. But they want private returns for it, and reasonably so. They are not funded by taxpayers.
