The War Machine Is Something That Allows for Transformation

The war machine is that which allows for, quite simply, possibility. Now, they sketch it to be in opposition to the state. But i want to add a little asterisk here and say that in certain state formations, there is actually a kind of lection for or a a proclivity for movement and for transformation.
