Refeeds and Diet Breaks
The idea is, can we modify the diet to just temporarily increase lepton a little bit? Maybe that helps out with thyroid hormon sex hormones, hunger, appetite regulation. That is the general premise. Usually what you're going to do is one, two maybe three days throughout the week where you bump up energy intake almost exclusively from carbohydrate. So it's basically like, usually two or three really high carb days.
