I Don't Know What to Look at but You Have One Life to Live

It's almost certainly all mental and it's some sort of low grade depression or some shit like this. But I don't know what it is, but it is something like I had in high school that I had like like legit problems with. There was just these weird like antibodies or that that doctors are like Yeah, you gotta come in for another blood test and if he wants to see if this is still there Or if it has gone away. It sounds like I don't even know what to look at though.
