The Disembodied Approach to Exercise

In an ideal world, we would start designing our world to encourage ourselves to move more. We can certainly do it for ourselves by making different choices. Take the stars, not the elevator or the escalator,. park your car and two blocks away and walk the last two blocks, either to a front mark, and, you know, do something and cycle, or something. Put things in awkward places instead of in the cupboards - maybe reverse everything that's commonly used to at least use top and bottom. So we need to incorporate more movement into everyday life. And I think both suggested some coming on this programme so far have been very good. Is there any other advice? Please let us
