Is There Anything You Wish You Could Change?
If I had a magic wand to change something, it would be that state assessments take in those extra variables that every building has. You have no control over who went to pre-K, who's been in school since they were two and whose parents have been teaching them things before they came to school. Some people getting food on the table is a much higher priority as their kid reading a chapter in their book.
