The UBS Acquisition of Credit Suisse
Some Swiss regulators and government officials blame the US banking chaos for Credit Suisse demise. I would really be worried about those really big banks that have weak operational risk. There's just a tremendous amount of opacity that investors don't know. And so that's really what UBS and any big bank would be worried about in terms of trying to buy out another one.
