I'm amazed that people are often willing to talk of their failings. They're willing to talk about what in their life didn't work well. So it can be a real time of being open with yourself. I always thought that human nature was relatively stubborn. But i think it's slightly less stubborn as people get close towards death, do you see people go into guilt or shame spirals as a result of that? You can. Again, this idea that you're going to die frees you from some of the normal things that hinder us throughout the rest of our lives. And a it frees you to admit that you're wrong and to put it out there and then let it go
