The Future of Breast Cancer Screening

The BMJ has actively published many other sort of related papers, particularly from the Q research database. It's an interesting decision though, isn't it? Because it feels like as you say, there's no major new evidence here. But if they start inviting people in their 40s to have a mammography, we're going to have a lot of false positive. And I just wanted to add another bit that happens between 40 and 49 that is also a huge problem with screening at this age.
