The Stock Market Can Go Up a Little, but It's Going to Do It With an Up and Down Pattern

I think we're in sort of a at best we could chop and more likely we pull back. Interest rates are kind of in that area that the stock market can go up, but it's going to do it with an up and down pattern if it does it. In the zero percent interest rate world, what did happen is people got lulled, sucked into 10-year, zero percent bonds. I think that's what led to such a bad 2022.
