Are You a Leader?
There's a process called leader transference. People transfer past relationship characteristics to and turn them into expectations when it comes to future relationships. Can we predict how strongly somebody is going to be engaging in this process of transferring past relationship to new relationship expectations? We find we can actual be predicted based on in other relational traits of these individuals, of the followers. And culture seems to play a big role. I mean, national culture plays a big role in terms of what are our perceptions of literisin,. How do we balance those when it come to new leaders?
