Was It a Rendezvous Between Two Adults?

Investigators were able to locate Steven Gamble's dinner date from that night. According to the girlfriend, nothing about their evening seems suspicious. It was simply a comfortable dinner. There was no problems that we could find that would lead to Steven Gamble's being murdered. But by 11.30 p.m., something obviously did happen because he was found dead near the minimart where he had parked his car.
