I used to go outside in the house, in my first house that I bought, it was a backyard and I'd do this every night for months and months and months. And I remember thinking, I wish I could be anywhere else but here. So there's a lot of just this way it is and I'm gonna live here and I don't feel comfortable without really thinking it through. It's not really what they're giving up on the money or whatever; it's the judgment of their peers or themselves. Take as much risk as you possibly can stand and then add a little bit more,. especially when you're young.
