I don't want a world where Venmo is the ultimate arbiter of whether or not a person can, you know, send money across the world. There are people building out software that will like sort of plug into DeFi and be able to spit out things like SARS and stuff like that. I think bifurcation sounds kind of strange and maybe bad, but it could be good in a certain sense. If you have base layer neutrality and you have regulated front ends and a lot of things, if you can find a way to protect privacy in the process, that would be important.
