The underlying concept of all my work has been to understand other people's worldviews and day-to-day experiences. And so customer development is like, how do you understand all our customers? Say they want, but what was actually holding the back? And sometimes they don't even know how to describe it, right? So it's this exploratory discovery observational thing. If I don't write, I tend to have bad days. Even starting the day with like daily pages with a brain dump, doing like writing about just a topic I'm fascinated by.
