The Best Way to Get Out of Your Head Is to Get Into Your Body

Tat just seems hard, i guess to get out of yere in your head. Well, yes, because that's the protective place most of us live, to avoid our feelings. The best way to getting out of our head is to get into our body. That's why love hand on hard, hand on belly, closing eyes, taking deep breaths and just going within. What do you notice in your body right now? If you go into that sensation and just allow that sensation to speak, what does it want to say to you? I'm scared because i'm scared to not be loved. Ye. Humum.
