The Benefits of Chatbots for Classification and Intent Recognition
A lot of large language models are better at understanding the better at classification, the better at intent recognition. But even just in the studio of playing around and feeding this sample utterances this is just not skilled like data. I've found that it's decent enough but some obvious ones you would expect it misses. We have very good models for named entity recognition which are much better than LLM's in terms of code Interesting so what we had before all these bird base Roberta based models and LLM's they are just complementing each other very nicely.
