I mean I literally cannot track calories and I can mostly eat whatever I want and not even think about it Like I can have french fries with my burgers or brownies after dinner and 205 it just like stays like I can't gain weight it's just hard. To maintain 185 I'm going to have to have the weekly average be under 21,000. It's probably like between 3600 and 4000. Right.
