The physiology behind how to develop le level athletes without drugs, i think is really interesting. How do we take the constructs th that the russians and some of the pioneers of the sport developed, and how do we adjust them are based on the new environment that we're in? That's where the interesting conversations lie now. And that's where my thought process is going towards. It's not so much in how to lift the bar bell, it's how do i make somebody lift more weight with the bar bell through through these changes in programming?
