What Is the Organizational Structure of the Galactic Federation?

Well, the way it works, as i understand it, is that they have commanders. So they it's likea military organization, kind of like mado. Think of nadod. And here he answers to or implements decisions by political representatives. They look to some of these higher councils that give them advice in terms of what needs to be done.
