The Relationship Between Injuries and Postmortems

When we have a critical mass of postmortems, that can lead us to identifying patterns. In order to do that, we need to rely on post mortem data to prioritize what and how we should invest time and priorities. For incidents, and severe enough incident, we usually will open post mortem. But also, it goes both ways. There's a lot of cases that we would want to open a post mortem that maybe is not an incident with a specific priority or severity. And i'll expend on it in a second.
