Early PCI Doesn't Always Mean a Life-Saving Intervention
An angiogram doesn't always mean PCI, but it's important that some patients you need to get aggressive upfront. Patients who don't have an inclusive myocardial infarction may do better with a conservative strategy. There is a huge amount of analysis involving like 10,000 patients that showed that early versus late PCI does not affect mortality.
