Harry blackman didn't think the court had any business dealing with abortion. Black men understood that these cases were important, but nobody knew quite how important they would become. No one expected the supreme court to rule on the legality of abortion nation wide. It seems to me that this was a basic and serious error. Some of us realize that we had an important case on our hand and a bull by the tail, so to speak.
