How Much Blocks Are Removed From the Quarries?
CNN's John Sutter looks at the huge amount of stone that was used in ancient Egyptian construction. He says it would have been difficult, time consuming and tons of lab work to move all these blocks from the quarry into place. The total volume of usable blocks removed there was about a hundred and ten thousand blocks. And so like, where did all these blocks go? Right? That's kind of the question here.
