How to Talk to Sellers Quickly

L.O.I. has a very strong record of closing deals we go under L.o.I. on. Most advisors are incentivized mostly to close a deal for the highest possible price, because they get paid on a percentage of the deal value. For them, they want to chase out what they consider to be like the golden goose. The people we do best with are people who have what I refer to as engineering oriented mindsets in the sense that they care about details.
