The russians are not fighting, they're bombarding with artillery and rocket launchers. They're using their manoeuvre forces to defend those firing positions rather than to close with ucranian defenders in urban train. And the reason why they can't do that is because they're not well trained, they's not well led, they're not ready. We didn't give them the capabilities when we had a chance to do it, and we demonstrated a lack of will by telling them everything we weren't going to do. Now i'm still doing it.
