How Do You Decide What Project to Work on Next?

Many writers and artists struggle with the many choices. How do you decide what to work on next? I think it's a combination of happy, smart and useful. There are ways of doing things that will not be very effective. If you're not being useful to others, it's ultimately not going to work out. You know, lifestyle design. I'm going to make a passive business that's just going to make me money. But if they're not taking into consideration what's useful to others,. then it's always going to be hard.
