The Importance of Balance in Sport

If a player is healthy, don't try to mess with it. You just want enough dose so that they can have enough balance to stay healthy. But beyond that, you are taking away what they're awesome at by giving them some other options. So I kind of compare this a lot to we do that at the gym, like compared a lot to like walking across the stream with a current. A lot of the times based on your shape, it's going to tell you how you interact with that current and how far you go in the other direction.
