Is the Bridge QB Overrated?

I jump on the party political platform that says the bridge quarterback is a waste of time and should be eliminated. The only purpose i can see to abridge quarterback is if you think the situation is so bad that throwing the rooke out there will harm him, right? And you you didn't have an alternative. So look at the last two draufht classes of quarterbacks, for example, right? You could argue that the situation in jacksonville or new york was bad enough that you shouldn't take the rooky. Long term, it's going to be your two or three before we can put a team around this guy to give him any kind of chance of success,. But
